JMS Registration Information 2010-11

The following registration forms are required for JMS Registration. Please make sure to also bring proof of residence. To speed up your visit, you may type, print, and complete these forms at your convenience for your student. Additional forms may be needed when you arrive for registration. Returning students: Please complete all registration forms for the 2010-11 year with exception of the Jefferson registration form. New students to JCS system (does not include students coming from the Academy): Please download and complete all forms.
