This is my fifth year as the school counselor at JES.  I enjoy being a part of the Jefferson City School System and I am honored to work with our staff and your children every day.  I teach classroom lessons based on the American School Counselor Association goals and objectives, the Quality Core Curriculum competencies for Character Education and Guidance, and the Georgia Performance Standards as related to academic, career, and personal/social development.  In addition to teaching lessons in classrooms once a month, I meet with students individually and in groups based on need.

• Education Specialist Degree in Professional School Counseling from the University of Georgia
• Master of Education Degree in School Counseling from Valdosta State University
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Child and Family Development from the University of Georgia
